For years, I struggled with feeling anxious, worried, fearful, and insecure 😟. I never felt good enough and didn’t realize that the root of it all was my deep fear of abandonment and my unworthiness wound 🌙.
My wounds were tied to my early childhood experiences, where I often felt unsafe due to health issues and allergies. As a baby, you subconsciously project those fears onto the world 🌍, believing that people will leave you and that you’re not safe 😔.
This mindset followed me into school🏫, where I would overthink every interaction and feel disconnected. But eventually, I began working on healing my attachment wounds 💪. That’s when everything changed. I stopped blaming my partner for everything going wrong and started focusing inward 🔄. And the moment I did that, things started to shift ✨.
I earned my certification ˙✧˖°🎓 ༘⋆。 ˚as a life coach and now help others who struggle with anxious attachment styles 💕.
I guide them to become secure from within, without relying on others for external validation or reassurance 🔐.
