You agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions by accessing or using our website, coaching services, and related materials.
Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding. If you don\'t agree with these Terms, please don\'t use our services.
1. General Use and Disclaimer
- A. The Marriage Coach (hereinafter referred to as \"Coach\") provides coaching services, online courses, information, and materials for general guidance, personal development, and entertainment purposes. These services are not intended as a substitute for professional advice, therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
- Client(s) and anyone who purchases products or services acknowledge and agree that coaching, online courses, and any other services or content provided are not replacements for professional advice. The Coach is not liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes arising from these services, materials, or any products or services purchased from the website or related to The Marriage Coach (Jula Buchwitz).
- B. Client(s) and anyone who purchases products or services take full responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and well-being, whether within the coaching relationship, course participation, or in relation to any other service or material provided. The Coach is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences of engagement with coaching services, courses, or content provided for personal growth and entertainment purposes. This applies to any products or services purchased from the website or related to The Marriage Coach (Jula Buchwitz).
- C. While the Coach will maintain the highest level of confidentiality, the Coach-Client(s) relationship—whether in coaching, courses, or other services—is not considered a legally confidential relationship, and communications may not be protected by legal privilege.
- D. The Coach may provide guidance, motivation, accountability, and educational content designed to assist Client(s) in achieving their goals. Results from coaching sessions, online courses, other services, or any products purchased are not guaranteed, and the success of these offerings depends on the Client(s)’ or purchaser\'s commitment, effort, and application of the provided materials.
- E. All services, including but not limited to coaching sessions, online courses, workshops, products, and other materials, are provided for general informational, educational, and entertainment purposes. They are designed to inspire and support personal development. Any reliance on such services or products is at the Client(s)’ or purchaser’s discretion, and the Coach disclaims all liability for any actions or outcomes based on the use of these services or purchases made from the website or related to The Marriage Coach (Jula Buchwitz).
- Coaching vs. Therapy: Coaching does not substitute for therapy. It does not prevent, cure, or treat mental disorders or medical diseases. It does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. For therapy or professional advice, seek a qualified professional.
- Mental Health Care: If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional or receiving therapy, please inform them before beginning this coaching program to ensure it aligns with your overall treatment plan. It\'s important to have your mental health professional’s awareness and support as you participate in coaching.
- Communication and Participation: To enhance your experience, communicate honestly, be open to feedback, and dedicate time and energy to fully engage in the program.

- My Coaching services (like courses, programs, voxer coaching, and more) are intended for users aged 21 and older. It is the responsibility of users, not the Coach to verify their age and eligibility for accessing our services. By using our services, users affirm that they meet the age requirement.
3. Client(s) Responsibilities
- It is the responsibility of users to verify their age (minimum age to be 21 years old to use our coaching services and products) and eligibility for accessing our services. By using our services, users affirm that they meet the age requirement.
- 3. Client(s) Responsibilities
- A. Client(s) are responsible for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, as well as their decisions and actions.
- B. Client(s) acknowledge that they may terminate or discontinue the coaching relationship at any time without obligation.
- C. Client(s) understand that coaching may involve various life areas and that decisions in these areas are solely their responsibility.
- D. Client(s) acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for professional therapy, medical advice, or treatment, and they agree to seek appropriate professional guidance when needed.
4. Confidentiality
- A. The Coach will maintain the confidentiality of coaching sessions to the extent required by law and professional ethics. However, there are limits to confidentiality, and the Coach may be obligated to disclose information if there is a risk of harm to the Client(s) or others.
- B. Client(s) understand and agree to the Coach\'s right to use de-identified and hypothetical information for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, and consultation purposes.

5. Liability
- In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client(s) for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
6. Severability
- If any part of this Agreement is not accepted or cannot be enforced, it will not impact the rest of the Agreement. If a court decides that a specific provision is not enforceable, it will be modified to make it acceptable and enforceable.
7. Waiver
- If one party fails to enforce any provision of this Agreement, it does not mean that they have waived their right to enforce it in the future.
8. Applicable Law
- This Agreement shall be governed and construed under the laws of Italy, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws provisions.
9. Terms and Conditions
If you purchase products or services directly through our website, the following terms and conditions apply:
- A. Payment: Payment for coaching services is required in advance, and payment methods will be provided upon registration.
- B. Coaching agreement: A coaching agreement will be signed before the coaching will begin and an intake form be filled out.
- C. Refund: The refund policy depends on the coaching Program (which can be found in the coaching agreement)
GUARANTEE 01: THE-VALUE-GUARANTEE
Available for ALL coaching programs
- The Client(s) has the option to request a full refund for any purchases made during the last 30 days of coaching by sending a written notice via email to contact.the.marriage.coach.today@gmail.com.
- This refund request can be made at any time during the entire service. No fees apply. The Client(s) will be refunded if they believe they did not receive the expected value from the coaching service. The coaching service will stop at that moment.
- It\'s important that the client has attended at least 2 Coaching calls and done the exercises so that Client(s) can decide if this is what they want or not.
GUARANTEE 02: THE TRUST PROMISE
Available for “The 6-Step Trust Transformation Program” Only
Additional refund policies may apply - See your coaching agreement.
- If the client has not experienced a 50% increase in their trust levels within the first 2 months (= 8 coaching calls) of the coaching program, they are eligible for a full refund.
- No fees apply.
- The coaching stops right away, the 30-day termination notice does not take place here.
- We administer a questionnaire at the beginning of the program and again at the 2-month mark (=after call 8) to assess your trust-related progress.
- If, at that point, you have not observed the desired increase in trust and wish to discontinue the program and request a refund, we will process your refund without further questions.
- Please note that if you request a refund, the program will be terminated right away.
- This policy is in place to ensure that the program is effective and beneficial to you and that you are happy.
GUARANTEE 03: THE RESULT GUARANTEE:
Available for “The 6-Step Trust Transformation Program” Only
You also have the chance to be coached until your problem is resolved if you aren\'t happy by the end of the program. This will be offered only a short time for anyone who is using the 50% short-term discount code for The 6-Step Trust Transformation program.
Couples Coaching:
- Should you have started with couples coaching, but decided to terminate the contract, I can no longer keep seeing only one of you, and this means we have to terminate our sessions altogether.
- You don’t have to finish the entire program though, but will be charged for 30 more days.
- You can decide to attend these together and coach you through these moments, or cancel the sessions (payment will be still processed for 30 more days). You’ll be refunded for any other sessions beyond that.
10. Cancellation Policies Of Coaching Sessions/Calls
Available for “The 6-Step Trust Transformation Program” And the “Starter (5/10)” deals
- It is the Client(s)\'s responsibility to notify the Coach at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled meetings/calls if a need to cancel.
- The coach reserves the right to cancel the client\'s session but needs to reschedule.
- However, the Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting, especially if it\'s an exception to the rule or emergency.
- Please keep in mind that should stay an exception, and should only happen in rare cases. If you cancel/ reschedule more than 4x sessions in total, you might lose the right to reschedule the call.
VOXER:
- If the client wants to cancel the subscription plan - see our Termination policy or coaching agreement.
11. Termination Policies
For “The 6-Step Trust Transformation Program” and the “Starter (5/10)” Deals
VOXER Coaching:
- Either the Client(s) or the Coach may terminate this Agreement at any time until the payment plan ends.
- If the Coach terminates: The coaching service will stop immediately, and the Client(s) will be refunded for the unused period. The coaching service may continue until the end of the payment period if all parties agree, but the payment plan will not extend.
- If the Client(s) terminate: The Client(s) must give a 48-hour written notice via email to cancel the payment plan and stop the Voxer coaching service. It\'s up to the Client(s) to use the coaching service until the plan ends. The Coach will respond to the cancellation request and stop the payment plan in a timely manner.
- Refunds: Clients who are not satisfied with the value received can request a refund for purchases made within the last 30 days under the “The-Value-Guarantee” Policy (see Refund Policy 7.a).
CALLS + TRUST PROGRAM + STARTER 5/10:
- Either the Client(s) or the Coach may terminate the agreement at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
- If a Client terminates:
- OPTION 01: Full refund – The Trust Promise (see Refund Policy 8.e). Clients can receive a full refund and stop the coaching if they haven’t doubled their trust within half the program duration (8 sessions).
- OPTION 02: 30-day Refund – Value-Guarantee (see Refund Policy 8.a). Clients can get a refund for purchases made within the last 30 days and stop the program if they are unhappy with the value received.
- OPTION 03: Terminate contract with no refund. Clients can terminate the contract anytime but will not receive a refund unless Option 01 or Option 02 are applicable.
- The Coach and Client(s) may discuss postponing the program, but the Coach is not obligated to agree.
- If the Coach terminates:
- The Coach may terminate the contract at any time based on guidelines such as non-compliance, disrespectful behavior, or commitment issues. The Coach will charge a ÂŁ250 fee and refund the Client(s) for unused sessions.
- The Coach may also refer the Client(s) to other professionals if needed. Termination may occur with or without referral.
- Couples Coaching: The Coach does not offer joint couples coaching (1:2) and individual coaching (1:1) to the same people simultaneously or at any later time. If Client(s) start with couples coaching, they cannot switch to individual coaching later, and vice versa. If one individual wishes to stop while the other continues, the coaching program will be deemed terminated for both. Please refer to the Refund Policies in such cases.
- Guest Sessions: Clients may invite a guest to sessions, provided the Client is the main participant, and the guest (e.g., a partner) is present as a guest.
Online Courses and Digital Products:
- 30-Day Refund Policy: Clients can request a refund for online courses and digital products purchased within the last 30 days if they are not satisfied with the value received. This is part of the “The-Value-Guarantee” Policy. Please contact me here: contact.the.marriage.coach.today@gmail.com.
- Termination of Access: If the Client terminates or requests a refund, access to the online course or digital product will be revoked upon processing of the refund.
C. Shipping and Delivery:
- These terms do not apply to coaching services.
D. Warranty:
- No warranty is provided for coaching services.
12. Newsletter Signup
- By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive updates and promotional materials from us. We will use your email address for these purposes, and you can unsubscribe at any time by using the provided option in our emails.
13. GDPR Compliance
- If your website targets European Union users, we are committed to GDPR compliance. Please review our separate Privacy Policy for information on data collection, storage, and user rights regarding data privacy.
14. Accessibility Statement

15. Dispute Resolution

- We may collaborate with influencers or sponsored content creators. Please be aware that these relationships may involve paid partnerships or sponsored content, and we are committed to transparent disclosure.
